Thank you for normalizing wonderfold workouts 😂 I take my W4 loaded up with all four kids, snacks, 3 bikes and go to the very hilly zoo and I inevitably end up pushing all of it the whole time (iykyk 🙃 cue the “I’m hunnngrrryy” “I’m TIIIIRED”). Now I have more confidence to say I do workout

One of the best bits of advice, my mother gave me with my children - make them walk! 😂 nothing worse than coming back from a walk and the kids still have pent up energy
