I am all for simplicity, but too often I see people trying to eliminate and eliminate and eliminate, only to end up in a place of energetic tightness.

If you are stuck in a cycle of restriction, and cutting things out, I invite you to try a different approach. After several years of doing this myself, I realized I was sending my brain and nervous system signals of lack, and making my world even smaller.

You may find, like I did, by focusing on adding small positive things, you can shift out of that state and into one of abundance and ease!

Whenever you feel the discomfort, with her emotional or physical, instead of thinking about what you can cut out next, think about one or two small happy things you can add.

These can be small and simple things, like spending five minutes outside every morning, having screen free tea time, starting a new funny TV series, painting your nails in colorful shades, doing a daily crossword, taking an art class, eating one more piece of fruit per day, or anything else that lights you up and nourishes you from the inside out.
