One you should mention: masterminds for GTA online. Only 0.01% (honestly probably less if the percentages were allowed to go into the thousandths) of Xbox gamers have unlocked it, and as someone who has unlocked it, I can see why. Not only do you have an incredibly difficult challenge, but the obscene amount of bugs you’ll run into make it even more difficult and painful to obtain
