Magic Cookie Bars
1- 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs -equal to 22 square graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
1- 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips OR 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips PLUS 1 cup of M and M's candies. (you could also substitute peanut butter chips for part or all of the two cups)
Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter in a 9X13 pan. Press firmly into pan. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the crumb layer. Layer evenly with the remaining ingredients. Press the layers down firmly with a fork. (I used my hand)
Bake 20-25 minutes in a 350 degree oven until lightly browned (325 degreees if using a glass
pan) Cut into bars when cool
