Angels aren’t worthy of forgiveness from God because they committed their sin having perfect knowledge of the outcome and chose to defy God anyway.
Edit: perfect knowledge isn’t the same as full knowledge of one’s sin being offensive to God. When God created the angels, he bestowed free will upon them but with a perfect intellect. This does not mean they know everything that God knows, only that they were able to comprehend the full severity and ramifications of their sin. Because of this, and the fact that they are timeless beings, God does not forgive their sin.
