Although Parfum does mean perfume, it is referring to the oil content in the cologne, EDT, EDP, and parfum being the highest. sauvage especially is a generally more masculine fragrance and is marketed towards men so you would have to assume that it is made for men, perfume (not parfum) is generally marketed towards women and have more feminine smelling notes. there is nothing wrong with being a woman and wearing a male marketed cologne but there definitely is a difference between the two and they both exist.

Am i missing something đ¤ it says Parfum , which is the concentration of that fragrance. Meaning it contains more fragrance oils then a Eau De Parfum . It doesnt say perfume or cologne

While yes not everyone can smell the difference between a feminine fragrance vs a masculine one, people who are somewhat familiar with fragrances will be able to discern what a masculine vs feminine fragrance is. I would also rephrase the idea of this video. Colognes will always exist, itâs a measurement of perfume in the juice. Rephrasing it to âmasculine fragrances donât existâ instead of âcolognes donât existâ language is important

That says parfum which refers to the concentration of fragrance in the bottle. EDT (eau da toilette) is the lowest then EDP (eau de parfum) then elixir (and thereâs some in between but these are the main ones)
