I'm LTL with ODFL we have over 252 terminals and they own everything they have. Good company, freight for everyone is in the toilet so most aren't hiring. The seniority game sucks and the schedules they run you will keep you away from your family especially being at the bottom of the board. You will need hazmat, doubles/triples, and tanker endorsements. At almost all of them, you will run doubles and if you're in an area that allows it you can run triples. The tanker is because of liquid totes and not actually hauling a tanker trailer. A lot of the conditions depend on the actual terminal you will be working at. At most of them you will slipseat which isn't fun. We lost people at our terminal and they are not hiring to replace and we have more trucks than drivers and they still won't make permanent trucks.
