Gallons of what? 3.5% beer? Everclear? Gallons isn't a meaningful unit in this situation. Either you need to break it down by proof, ABV, or ml of ethanol. Or better yet standard alcohol units (1 unit = 12 oz 5% beer, 5 oz 12% wine, or 1.5 oz 80 proof spirits)
