See the problem with this video is he is expecting the hunter to parry and dodge attacks, but the tarnished to be brain dead and stand there and take it.

People are forgetting the Hunters have guns that set up parries and it's a free slot. Hunters also are hopped up constantly on Beast Blood pellets and no matter what weapon you pick, the hunter has 2 weapons at all times 3 if you count the gun. PLUS the hunter has an intrensic nature of healing due to being afflicted with the Blood Plague, so every hit right after being struck regenerates health.
Not to mention the Hunter is way more agile than the Tarnished. Hunter takes most fights that aren't full build plus end game AND the tarnished needs to be a specific build. Too slow and the hunter is going to outmaneuver the Tarnished every time. Hunters are fucking scary man, they're fighting beasts that are beyond cosmic and can't even be seen unless you're crazy enough.

People always seem to forget that while elden ring can be considered to be higher in power levels than dark souls because of divine entities like elden beast mother of fingers or reborn radahn, the hunter casually slaughter paradimensionnal beings incomprehensible for the basic human while power derived from these beings flow trough their veins, and he's technically nerfed gameplay wise since the bone for exemple allow full on teleportation even trough the air for exemple. In Elden ring you're playing as a lost man following the fate that was written for his kind and being the one to realise it, on bloodborne you're playing as a hunter purging the city of its plague. The reason "Prey slaughtered" appear on the screen is because it was never a fight, you are the hunter and they are the prey, their only chance was to flee, or to be devoured
Its definitely not and easy win for the hunter, but the prey will be slaughtered

Remember, in elden ring is says enemy felled meaning the boss is the enemy, in bloodeborn it says prey slaughtered, showing your what the boss feared

Solid takes all around, cause yeah the Hunter would easily be able to out maneuver the Tarnished, even with the most mobile of ashes of war the hunter still takes the cake there.
Of course this is with my heavy HEAVY bias towards bloodborne, I still won’t pretend it’s a slam dunk on the hunters part

I think an important thing people are forgetting is in bloodborne pvp you can parry someone's heal. Tarnished back away to heal and take a bullet instead lol
