So basically, The narrator finds out that his cousin, who may be his sister, is his lover by accident. ‘Well mother said she’s my brother’s daughter, and I don’t even know who is my father.’ So he guesses ‘she’s my cousin.’ And laments ‘but she needs some sweet loving’ as the song goes on, he says ‘drag you out by your hair, if people ask, I was never there, baby let’s go drive out to the sea. C’mon. Take a ride with me.’ Implying that he dragged his cousin-lover outside and into a car. Kidnapping her and implying he was going to commit a Stan and drive out to the sea head first. ‘We’re going faster, and she’s saying slow down’ speeding on the way to their deaths. ‘She’s screaming ‘slow down’ and I said no’ he refuses to take but the finalist of absolutions for this crime. It’s implied with the final ‘no.’ They jumped the car into the seas dying, or pitched out the car and faked their death.
