Wish I would have had that chicken plucker when I was a kid on the farm.
Plucking was always my job (cuz my sister was a princess and hated the smell of wet chicken)
Wish my mom was alive to see that too . She would have got busy and built something similar.

My kids weren't to visit their grandparents a couple of years back and my daughter was 10 at the time, she saw her grandma giving a "bath" to a chicken, se had chicken for dinner only when they came back we had to tell her the story of where that chicken dinner came from.

What is the trick to keeping them from being so tough? I but her every fall and the meat is so tough. Maybe do a how to video on how to get the meat to be tender. Thanks Eivin

Eiven, first, itās sooo good to see you, Eve and sometimes your family on YouTube. I was the oldest, (7 yo), and was taught to catch and bring culls to gramma. She did the rest. Thank you for sharing your family and lifeā¦brings back wonderful memoriesā¦from an old man, retired in the hills of east Tennessee.
