Here's how to use a multimeter to test if the circuit of the car heating system has a pulse signal:

Turn off the car and let the engine cool down before beginning the testing process.

Locate the wiring diagram for the car heating system to identify the wires that carry the pulse signal.

Set the multimeter to the voltage setting.

Connect the black probe of the multimeter to a good ground point in the engine compartment.

Connect the red probe of the multimeter to the wire that carries the pulse signal.

Start the engine and let it idle.

Observe the multimeter reading. If the reading fluctuates between 0 and 12 volts, then the circuit has a pulse signal.

If the reading is steady at 0 volts or 12 volts, then the circuit does not have a pulse signal and there may be an issue with the component that generates the pulse signal.

Check the wiring and connectors for any signs of damage or corrosion.

If the wiring and connectors appear to be in good condition, then further diagnosis may be necessary to determine the cause of the issue.

So if it doesn't do this or it only does it when I move the wire does that mean a short in the wire somewhere? Or if it doesn't do it at all does that mean it's bad?

I need a calibration tutorial for the Duoyi DY518. I have two devices that are out of calibration because the 4 buttons were accidentally pressed simultaneously and the message "rst sys" appeared on the display, disconfiguring the devices.
