Omg, I’m American Guyanese and I’ve always wanted a recipe for cheese pie. I remember growing up in NY and getting them at Sybil’s they were my absolute favorite thing. I’m currently in FL and I haven’t had them in years, no where down here sells them so I definitely want to try and make them. Using egg tart shells is so smart and convenient! Thank you for this upload. I’m definitely going to experiment as well 🙂💜 Your videos are always so great, especially for people like me who never got a chance to learn a lot of Guyanese recipes growing up, and now as an adult I crave them. Guyanese pastries are some of my favorite, especially since there’s different types of savory and sweet ones in our culture.
