HIGH-PROTEIN, NO-BAKE Chocolate Strawberry Tarts

High Protein 🍫🍓 tart recipe–

1.Mix almond flour and a scoop of Chikmagalur Mocha protein powder in a bowl.
2.Add coconut oil and warm coconut milk to the dry mix
3.Start kneading and continue to add the coconut milk as the tart base comes together. (almost cookie dough consistency)
4.Grease a tin with coconut oil, press the tart base into it, and refrigerate.
5.Take a saucepan and add the coconut milk to it and let it come to a boil
6.Add the chopped chocolate to it while whisking it, till it mixes well.
7.Add the fresh strawberry purée to it, and let it simmer on medium heat for 3-4 mins, and cool it to room temperature,
8.Pour the filling into the tart base and refrigerate for 5-6 hrs.

Once set, garnish with sliced strawberries and enjoy!
