✨Bagel Dough Ingredients

½ tsp salt 3 g
1 tsp matcha powder
6 oz unsweetened applesauce 170 g

✨Instructions
Combine the Dough Ingredients
Knead the dough by hand or using a stand mixer, until the dough becomes smooth, supple, and pulls easily away from the bowl. Let rise.
Shape the dough into a ball, and divide into 4 equal sized pieces
Fill the Bagel Dough with the Prepared Stuffing
Cook the bagel in boiling water for just 30 seconds on each side.
Bake the boiled bagels in the 350F preheated oven for 20-25 minutes,
