I have suffered with several health problems for 15 years now and for the longest time I wouldn't understand. I believed in God and never blamed Him for all the pain I was in but I would not understand why that happened with me for so many years. Untill one day an idea out of nowhere came to me and it was. If weren't for all the pain and suffering in my life I would not have turned to God. I would have gone to college, get a higher education, focused on money and most likely money would have been my god and would have lived without God losing my salvation in the end. So for 15 years I needed to suffer because God didn't want to lose me to the world He wanted me to go to Him and today I thank God for everything ive been through because it only got me closer to Him.
Hope this helps a few of you understand suffering a bit better.

We suffer because we think we come to reconciliation with God through sacrifice. Forgiveness ends the belief that we need suffering or anyone needs to suffer.

Our suffering is the direct consenquence of His love. We got our free will from God, and because of Genesis 3, Adam and Eve abused this to disobey God. Because God is eternally just, we are condemmed to eternal suffering. But because he is also eternally merciful and loving, he offers another chance: through Jesus Christ. So if you are a nonbeliever and you use this excuse, please come join us and learn more about God, so we are all . saved.

Tribulation or suffering will make you a better person when you come out of it if you look to God thru it. Just like gold ore going through heat to remove the impurities and leaving pure gold. Made in the image of God, now you know why you laugh, cry, get angry, love & hate.
