I had the task of capturing the current waveform of some fuses being blown by 200 to 500Amps. Often they would open as the metal melted but then there would be a puzzling second surge. Finally a high speed camera revealed that often the melted piece of metal would flip around and by just dumb luck re-bridge the gap for a second shot. And it wasn't rare. About 1 out of 3.

OK, this is the best.This kid could think of to put on youtube This really shows a difference in my age. Cause we would have just blown. The battery up what a bit a lot. You should use a dc amp meter to see how many amps it takes to blow the fuses!!!
