They need to stop making that the drivers fault. We pick up order, drive, and deliver. Any of those errors are the restaurant or store...

They had similar in my market, and you also had to take a picture of receipt. Not all drivers in my market had had it, and it only lasted like 2 weeks for me. I have never missed a drink or an item in my 4 yrs of delivery. At least not to my knowledge, I always ask if I think something is missing, and I catch them quite often, forgetting something.

It would be nice to have order verification, so customers can’t order & grab - before the delivery driver gets there, then cancel the order or claim the order wasn’t delivered to get a free meal & scam the system.

And you know why they also put verify screen so the restaurant can see that you're the right driver because apparently some drivers have been stealing food

The whole verification process needs to be the restaurants responsibility. Bundling and packaging.Yes drivers forget drinks and other items. Drivers should not be filling up drinks neither. Bags are sealed for a reason. Also all the last minute messages to grab this and that is flawed. The technology and processes are out but just have to be implemented by the restaurant. Then you end up wasting time when the staff is busy and annoyed you are asking them to verify the order is correct. I go above and beyond but it sets others up for failure.
