I don't really plan conversations, but I do plan and remind myself to ask people questions, allow them to speak first, and not relate everything they say back to something that I've experienced.

I didn't realize this was a form of masking. I've done this my whole life so much so that it's become second nature to me. I just thought it was a part of who I am. In all honesty I actually thought everyone did this like it was just being human and this is what humans do. Wow! I really had no idea. Now I'm perplexed and don't know how I feel about it which is going to lead to me overthinking about it the next few day's. Ugh! I am who I am and I do the best I can with what I've got. That's all anyone can do.

I plan texts in my head and i get overwhelmed and never write them or send them but sometimes they end up in my notebook. I used to write poems in my head when I wasn't fueled with ruminating thoughts and overthinking but sometimes they end up in a poem.โค

Yes, I do that. You said it perfectly. I always said that I didn't do any scripting, because I don't write a script on paper.
Also after conversations, I talk them through again and find better alternatives or have better ideas what I could have said.
