After purchasing this pistol through KY Gun Co. during a Black Friday sale for $555, I caution anyone interested. You get what you pay for. The fit, and finish are good, but the trigger was EXTREMLEY heavy, red dot that was included lasted 4 shots and failed. The slide would not lock back on the last round. When I took it to a local gunsmith I was told the slide stop was from a single stack 1911 that is why it was not operating properly. When I contacted EAA they told me I could send it in for service under warranty. However they will only accept shipment from a FFL dealer. This was going to cost me over $100 so I just bought the correct slide stop off their website which cost $30 including shipping. It works now but the customer service there is lacking. 👎
