I live in California been vegan since I was 39 riddled with cancer now Iβm 45 years old Iβve come to learn being vegan means nothing! If you eat vegan chicken nuggets vegan store bought hamburgers with any type of processed oils ! You will still get diabetes and cancer and cardiovascular diseases! My proof is my lab work ! So thatβs what I go by ! My vegan diet consists of mushrooms! Walnuts, chilies. Corn , all forms of nuts but walnuts mostly they have over 600 vitamins! The turkey tail mushroom cured cancer leasions that I had ! Cutting out absolutely all processed oil cured my type 2 diabetes and lowered my blood pressure with a little bit of work outs !
