How I got here…
12 yrs old: Started uploading minecraft videos at youtube.com/@Luke23MC
16 yrs old: Switched to uploading Fortnite videos on this channel. You can go to my uploads sort oldest to newest to see all of my old Fortnite videos
18 yrs old: Switched from Fortnite to Rocket League videos during Covid. I also began coaching players 1-on-1 on www.patreon.com/SpookLuke
19 yrs old: Rocket League went free to play and my channel blew up. To keep up with the demand, started the Grand Champ Roadmap --a rocket league course business
20 yrs old: Built the course while in College and created a coaching-community-course hybrid model. Eventually, drop out of school to pursue Youtube and the company full-time.
21 yrs old: Switched from selling courses to coaching + community only. Transformed GCR into GCB. Doubled coaching duration, cut price in half. Seeing results improve and customers happier was worth making less money.
22 yrs old: @Virge joined as director of coaching to further improve the product and help us make more free Rocket league content that is accessible to everyone.
Today: Coaching + paid communities is how we make our money - not youtube videos or courses.

I'm usually Diamond but when I end up in Plat 3, I don't really see people going for difficult mechanics they can't pull off. I see mostly ballchasers who don't pay attention to the other players. Lots of double commits, of teammates stealing the ball from you or constantly getting in your way in defense because they rotate from the wrong side.

As a plat i completely agree with this i am able to flip reset but i cant do nothing with it so i dont go for em in game and i got a lot of room for improvement

I'm plat and can flip reset SOMETIMES I can get the reset alot but can't get it in net consistently and I can air dribble. The reason I'm plat is game sense and making too many mistakes.
