"Doing what I can when I can" great reminder, not just to use for a yoga practice. Thank youā¤

I started 6 years ago, with 10 minutes in the morning, I was so out of balance, Iā€™m 61 and now I can stand in my head, and working on my hand stand, I will conquer it!!! ā¤

This!!!

I get in 5 to 45 minutes of yoga every morning before work. It is transformative: I got up late a few times, and couldnā€™t get in my yoga until noon. This disruption threw off my entire day!!! Nooo thank you, I get my butt up and take care of myself.

I once saw a study that said 12 minutes of yoga a day is enough for benefits. That's how i started my practice. Only committed to 12 minutes, even if the video isn't over.

Thank you for sharing this. ā¤ļø Iā€™m not struggling for time, but I have chronic fatigue and 15 minutes is all that I can do on a good day.

And sometimes it looks different when you have injuries, too. Just sprained my ankle and canā€™t put weight on it for a while, so chair yoga it is!

So helpful and encouraging. I miss my yoga practice. No gym for 4+ months caring for a loved one at home but this inspires me to figure out a practice that works in my space. Thank you!! šŸ’›

Whether struggling for time -- or just plain struggling -- even a few minutes and a few poses or sequences become even more important. Thank you Charlie. Greetings from Bolivia.

Life is rarely convenient. Just do what you can, listen to your body, and prioritize yourself as often as you prioritize othersšŸŒæ

Sometime the universe works in very unique ways. I needed to see this video to remind me of the consistency of giving myself a break in a form of yoga.ā¤thx
