• 32oz cream cheese (at room temp)
• 16 oz chocolate pudding
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 5 eggs
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1/3 cup cake flour
• 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
Crust:
• 28 Oreo cookies (finely crushed)
• 7 tbsp butter
Preparation
• Preheat your oven to 325°F
• Grease the bottom of your cake pan
• Make your crust by mixing in all the ingredients and pack it evenly across the bottom of your cake pan, bake for 15 minutes
• Whip your cream cheese, sugar, chocolate pudding and vanilla extract until fluffy
• Add in your eggs, heavy cream, cake flour and cocoa powder, then mix until smooth and creamy
• Place a baking pan with 2 inches of water in the bottom of your oven (to create a bain de marie or water bath)
• Pour your mix into the cooled crust and bake for 1 hour
• Let your cheesecake cool completely and refrigerate over night!
• Slice, serve and enjoy!
