I had daily back, neck, & hip issues until I found Charlie's YT channel over a year ago.
With daily practices & using Charlie's tip videos, my issues have improved so much that I barely notice them. My shoulder flexibility is 100% better now. I am a yoga & Charlie convert 😊

I really love your videos! I’m going to try this… on occasion I get that pain dead center on my back. I know this is from prolonged sitting/typing… with devices and furniture that is not fully ergonomically aligned to me. Thanks Charlie!!

miss Charlie, my kid (12yo) back is bend not straight might be he doesn't have a good habit when sit or tend to use one foot up. i teach him few model of yoga , such as standing hand up to the sky bend right&left, double dog, plank, and cobra then up again. back like a swimming model, lie and back hip up, sit and flow to the each foot, shortly it was most stretching move. i am sorry i used the best english express as i can be. i had read about doctor orthopedic suggest about back bend bond could become better when we do yoga. i hope any kind of other model could help more for my kid problem. i will teach him and keep him consistently done it.

When I do pike, I do a lat spread as well and stay there for a couple of minutes. It takes a few minutes to get down to it but it feels amazing!
