Every script and comic writers now make me not care much for the superman character. Stop finding ways to strip him off his strength. Modern writers of superman make it not worth the read.

True I actually agree with you that whole giving up too much of your power makes you weak have been done to death put this is Superman this has never been done fully with his character of course you going to rise to that OP standard we all know remember this is still a world where everyone's an underdog that isn't dark side if he exists in this universe remind me this is a great starting point for the Superman so it's even more impactful when he becomes the powerful Kryptonian he's supposed to be Kathleen currently Wonder woman and Batman might be able to beat him in a Fair fight.

Dude I think you are missing the point this is a universe where hope struggles to survive. All the things you mentioned not liking about this Superman are advantages he normally gets but this is a universe that puts Heroes at a disadvantage. So that means Superman's powers are limited he doesn't get a whole Fortress he gets one suit.

I still don't get the problem outside of just disliking the idea (of what their doing with his powers and suit) itself. At the end of the day, I do respect your reasoning, but I really can't see it as anything more than surface level issues.

It's just a another example of lost opportunity with a character and going the wrong way with them and I like superman but I don't like the red shorts I didn't like the way they went with superman's son I think they should have left out the time travel stuff and kept him the same age he was supposed to be in his own time line or at least closer to damien wayne 😊 and oh yeah leave out the Homosexuality kids read this comics and s🤔houldn't have to worry about seeing these things until they are at least fourteen to sixteen if not older🤔

First off. You made a ton of assumptions about how this version of Superman’s powers work.
Saying he’s weaker after we’ve literally had one issue with him is disingenuous.
All we know is that he has to charge his solar energy to some degree, but whether that’s part of his physiology he’s still figuring out or he’s overall weaker we have no idea. And we’ve seen him use a power that traditional Superman doesn’t have, and release a powerful blast of solar energy that is stronger than his heat vision.

Well its the absolute universe, where hopes needs to shine brighter than ever so it makes sense as to why he has a lot of limitations.
