‪@Nourish_and_Savor‬
Ingredients:
2 cups oat flour
2 cups rolled oats
1.5 cups tahini (add the second half cup gradually if the mixture is too dry)
1.5 tsp baking powder
25 dates
2 tbsp peanut butter
Cinnamon powder to taste (2-3 tsp for filling, 1 tsp for dough)
1 cup water (for dates)
Instructions:

Pit the dates and simmer them with water until soft. Add peanut butter and cinnamon powder, then let it cool.
Mix oat flour, rolled oats, tahini, baking powder, and cinnamon together.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease it.
Press 2/3 of the dough into the dish and flatten it with your hands. Spread the date mixture on top.
Crumble the remaining dough over the date layer as shown in the video.
Bake in a preheated oven at 185°C (365°F) for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it cool, and cut into pieces.
✅ Keep the date skins for extra fiber.
✅ This crumble is high in calories but uses natural ingredients and complex sugars, making it a healthier option. Enjoy in moderation.
✅ Complex sugars like those in dates are the best alternatives to simple sugars because they contain fiber.
