I’ve lost 60lbs since May and I have treats like this every single day! I used to be terrified of all of these foods, literally orthorexia, and that’s when my health severely declined and I put on 100lbs

Another way that works for me is to fast ~20 hours for 2 days per week, and then have additionally reduced the calories those days by ~1500 giving me another 3000 calories to play with during the weekend. I can literally eat 4000 calories Saturday and Sunday while maintaining my deficit

This may work for some but i would rather have the entire box of cookies or whatever the snack is on the day ive set for it rather than having the temptation of 2-3 cookies per day.

“Eating in moderation” doesn’t really work for people who’ve struggled with binge eating their entire lives. If I buy a pack of Oreos, I’m gonna eat half of the bag in one sitting. Just cut it out completely don’t buy trigger foods. Cut it all out
