While Shivam bro is correct in his own regard, isolating the three chest heads is good for intermediate to advanced lifters. That does not mean spending your whole workout on the chest itself. 1 excercise per head is enough. They are:
(I) Flat Bench Press or Machine/Cable Chest press for the sternal head
(II) Incline Dumble press for the Clavicular head
(III) High to low Flys or Weighted Dips for the abdominal head.
