Mine got hit. Turns out my rear axel is cracked.. needs replaced and they have none in stock. That's ok because I got a 2024 tundra TRD sport at no cost until further notice lol

I have a 23 SR5. I crawled under the rear axle and checked all of the nuts and bolts myself. Everything was tight and seemed fine to me. I took it to Toyota today and they checked the torque on each one. They were all correct. No issues at least for now. My guess is the number actually effected is probably small but they recalled a huge number for safety.

You can Google the recalls for the Toyota Tacoma and put your VIN number in and it will tell you before you get the recall in the mail if you bought the truck used which I did 2022 TRD off-road my VIN number came back okay no recall😊
