Actually, it did destroy the drone, the footage is on Telegram, I have seen it from the Helicopter gunners perspective.

12 Shotguns bullets or bullets that explode near to the target raining sharpnels are the only 2 ways that i can think of in direct kinetic engagement.
Jamming option are also there but it is not available everywhere

The guns on the helicopter were likely firing high due to ultra close range, but even if not, it’s a small target and those guns are really made to hit vehicles and be area effect vs infantry.
