Not sure if the wording was wrong in the short, but if she was already avoiding the man after his advances how did he then get access to her laptop for her pictures?
I think the sequence of events is they became friends, he found her intimate photos and then became infatuated with her. After she denied his advances he then threatened to release her photos.
