I started working out after fajr prayer at 4:30 am, best time ever for me you alone in the gym ahead of everyone, unbelievable feeling.

I wake up at 4 and do yoga and font feels sleepy whole day infact I stay very happy and it really works...internal happiness u get when u get up early, u have to sleep early by 9.30 pm..

I go to bed for a nap, I wake up around midnight. I work out at around 3 am, (BEST TIME FOR MOST THINGS - if not workouts, then still creative and spiritual things), then go sleep some more and wake up after lunch time.
If I do not do this, I literally hate my day. I created my day /life to be able to do this at least part of the week. I used to wake up early, sleep early. Hated it. I get more done when I'm awake at night / middle of the night and early morning. It is just more impactful.
Better than dragging my ass all day trying to do things and be not even there fully.

I wake up at 330am everyday for work and when I'm off I get up at 330am to do a 4 am workout only downside Is by time it gets to the afternoon im bored and want to do another workout

I'm gonna start waking up at 430 shower eat go to gym by 5 leave gym at 7 get on bus at 730 go to school from 830 to 4pm go to work till 6 head home eat go to bed around 9
