Seeing Shania on my birthday a few years ago was one of those full circle moments as I remember driving around as kid in the country or on the ranch in Texas in the 90s just loving her. Fast forward to seeing her in my 30s, well there was a lot of tears! ❤

Too many years ago, when I was a young man, I rode bulls professionally. My buddies that I traveled with were lucky enough once to be entered up at a rodeo in a city she was performing in. We went straight from the arena to her concert. We smelled, was durty, sweaty. The only thing clean on us was our Ropers. Of course, we changed from our riding boots. Her concert was off the chain. We got lucky throughout the years to be entered up when a Garth Brooks concert was nearby. I believe it may have been in Raleigh N. C that George Strait played after the rodeo. I do remember that my buddy and I were sitting on a chute gate drinking a beer. When Geirge began his concert, we jumped down , I hit a hoof print just right and broke my ankle. From the bulls coming out of the chutes, the ground was pretty torn up. I should have stayed on that chute gate.
