I can feel you so much. I still have hope inside of me that is just a phase and it will get better with time. I went to so many dermatologists and I didn’t get the results that I wanted so I’m doing a break right now I’m just using a soft cleanser and moisturiser every morning and night. In hot days I will put also some sunscreen. I really hope somehow my acne will get better with this.
I realised , if I put too many products in my skin is breaking out more. This is why I decided to do this break. I can see that my skin isn’t breaking so much.
Anyways to all the people who has acne be strong and don’t be afraid . It is normal to have acne. Relax and never lose hope.
Also if you have too many years acne do more clinical tests maybe something else causes the problem for example the change of your hormones. Almost Everything comes from the inside.
