I always get emotional when someone comes to help. I always say "no, i got it. Thank you!" Even though i dont got it and I know I needed that extra help. But they all still go and help.

I'm old but saw a 8+month pregnant young woman filling 5 gallon water bottles. She had to put them in her van. I'm still strong for my age, prayed for strength and loaded them for her! She looked so relieved! She had someone at home to help..I thought to myself..why didn't they come WITH you!❤

saw a mom with twins strapped to her, one on back and one on front and she was really struggling to load her car, i sat there thinking, how the hell she gonna get that grill and massive cooler in her car?!😭i ran over and asked if i could help, she said “no it’s okay i got it, thank you!” i said “girl respectfully, no you don’t, please let me help! i’m capable and here, just put me to work and i got you mama!” she literally teared up, gave me a hug, said thank you a million times and i started loading her car and told her to just get her babies settled, i got it all! it only took a few moments of my day, to help someone who clearly needed it, i hope someone would help me if i was in that situation

A lady at Walmart was struggling to reach for and carry the box over to the mobility scooter. I was struggling at the time due to a car accident but buf thank god I’ve been healing by day.. seeing her struggling and looking around for someone.. I was alone most of my days so I knew too painfully what’s that like nd as she was about to stand up I quickly stepped in and grabbed it for her and put it down saying “Please sit.. let me get that for ya..” calm and steady to reassure her. It was beautiful.😊

As a mum this would’ve made my week. Just a little kindness goes a long way. I remember when my boy was a newborn I’d be struggling while being starred at, horrible feeling 😣
