GUYS THIS IS HOW TO DO IT IF IT ISN’T WORKING!!!
1. you have to go to the YouTube app (NOT youtube studio)
2. go to the bottom where there’s a plus
3. press upload short
4. now there should be a pen symbol on the top
5. drag and adjust to desired thumbnail!
