Get that meat. I find if I get a powerhouse of protein and nutrition through beef and butter my weight will not fluctuate, it remains a steady downward trend even if I overindulge on something. Protein and fat are essential nutrition carbs are not. Plants are “pot fillers” in my book. My body literally rejects them.
