Last week, we hosted our YTT Graduation ceremony to celebrate these wonderful ladies, now fully certified to share yoga! Watch out world, here they come 🌍 It’s been such a wonderful few months with them all, and we couldn’t be more excited about the paths ahead and to see where they go next.

There is a very famous yoga quote which we really think sums up what many of them shared in our graduation ceremony:

“Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”

We know it’s not just about the postures, but it’s so much more than you can ever imagine or even prepare for! This 200 hour course really is an exploration deep inside, and touches upon parts of us we don’t even know were there. Yoga really is what we need it to be - wherever we are!
