I HIGHLY recommend Agua de Kefir which is frickin' delicious! I've had the guava and I believe there's another flavor too. Way delicious. Not sure what THAT is, but it's definitely not the same bottle.

U can buy a âginger beer plantâ and itâs just the symbiotic grains that feed on sugar and ginger, itâs beautiful, effervescent and dry and gingery, wonderful with lemon juice and ice. Same deal with the waste products from the bacteria being probiotics.
