This is what our wall heater sounds like. Cozy, the heater company, shipped a faulty wall heater to us, the motor was replaced, and the unit was still bad. Calling Cozy, they said that they would be happy to inspect the unit if w paid shipping costs to the East Coast. That was $250. DO NOT EVER BUY ANY COZY PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

That didn't look like a wall furnace to me. That looked like a 10X6 hot air wall register. You can't connect a wall register to a wall furnace.

Have two Cozy vented wall heaters, nothing but problems and new parts almost from the beginning. Would NEVER buy another Cozy product!

I have a regular wall heater and it's been driving me crazy keep me up at night waking me up in the middle of the night it actually sounds like there's a hamster running around inside its little wheel. full force 24 7 its irritating so stupid me I unplugged it turn the heater off did everything I had to do to shut it down. then I took the WD 40 and I sprayed the motor because I found out it was the motor big mistake because then it started to smoke and now I'm sitting here in front of it scared to it back on. I've been calling everybody from the central air and heat and there's some people telling me dont turn it back on then theres others who say turn it back on....# frustrated

my guest is it maybe the holding bracket for the fan moter or fan shroud is vibrating on something that what it sounds like to me it also could be the moter bearrings are dry

Yes, the fan intake above and the air comes out the bottom. There is a fan.
