gelombang P,
kompleks QRS, dan
gelombang T.
Pada sinus EKG, gelombang P-QRS-T mempunyai karakteristik sebagai berikut:
Ritmenya berada pada frekuensi 60-100 kali per menit
artinya → Jarak antara R ke R tidak lebih dari 5 kotak besar dan tidak lebih kecil dari 3 kotak besar
Gelombang P selalu diikuti oleh QRS
Gelombang P akan terbalik pada lead AVR karena berlawanan dengan arah listrik jantung
Kompleks QRS tidak lebih dari 2,5 kotak kecil atau sekitar 0,1 detik
Gelombang (PR interval) tidak lebih dari 5 kotak kecil atau sekitar 0,2 detik
