Curlier hair has texture which provides a certain level of hold to a style and helps with decreasing the flattening as the hair settles. This is why stylists will curl a blowout before doing an updo. The hold is 100×s better, bigger volume, and an overall better look imo

too true its actually why I gave my straightener away😂 I prefer the blown out look if I'm planning on heat damaging my hair a bit, still doesn't do much for styling it, but the poof at least helps 😂

Idk MAYBE try your actual hair texture. But it also look like u need some oil. Hair looks stiff and freeze dried.
