I love his place, because even though it’s expensive, from the look of the kitchen table and furniture from what I got to see, it speaks comfort, cozy and homely, he’s a humble man. God bless him and I wish him happiness always.

A nice chap to show you around. A wealthy nice man. Good luck to him. I’ve known some very wealthy people in my time in the building trade who wouldn’t give you the time of day, so to come across a nice man like this with obvious wealth is heart warming.

And to think this stunning building was so very nearly demolished in the 1960s....!!!! The beauty and quality of this Victorian archetecture is something we will never see made again, and totally worth the price to maintain it.

The man showed off his apartment, without being a show off. He appeared rightfully proud, and knew how fortunate he was. Glad reading the comments that nearly everyone is adult enough not to dislike him just because he’s wealthy.
