Excellent job, cooking the mean carnivore plan. I believe in the program I needed to get a family member on board with it , but there a number of way you can benefit from this as well as three levels of carnivore diet family everywhere need to follow the process and start seeing the results, Patient Care Technician nurse, some in my circle laugh at the diet but there lost serious medical issues clear up on the diet. where tradional medicine cannot cure. PCT, NURSE.

Just curious. Most of us carnivores stay away from all the other things because we know their full of lectins, fructose, digestive enzyme inhibitors, fiber etc etc. just wondering why you’re feeding oatmeal and fructose to your kiddos? Oats are a grain. Grains are seeds. Seeds are highly defended. They are full of plant defense chemicals, physic acid, a substance that chelates and binds minerals and prevents there absorption. Oats are also full of digestive enzyme inhibitors and for you nerds like me out there DPP-4 inhibitors.

My cardiologist told me yesterday that I will die of a heart attack if I keep doing this. She said no fat, chicken and fish is ok. Funny she would pick the 2 foods I can’t eat because of taste and smell. So today I’m inventing my own diet. No food until 2 or 3 pm then meatloaf till I’m full.
