Join Chad from Mine Operator as he climbs a 100 foot tower with Jon's team to remove 8 FM broadcast antennas. They use a capstan mounted on the front of a truck to lower each antenna and to raise tools.

This method could be used at Harry's gold mine to lower gold bearing rock from the top dump. His gold mine has difficult access and using ropes will help him lower bags full of rocks bearing gold. Thanks for joining us on this adventure!

Rah! I climb my 35ft TV antenna tower usually 2 times a year. I use my harness and big carabineers to hang out.

54 and youd have a hard time keeping me on the ground. i did window cleaning on high rises years ago on a bosun's chair. some of the best work in the world imo. :) have fun guys.
