Jesus came down to die for our sins and those who believe are to spread the good news, withour Jesus you cannot have a relationship with God and your sins cannot be fully forgiven. Those in the old testament who waited for a messiah to come were all saved when Jesus Christ saved them and cleansed their sins with his blood. I do not know what will happen to those who never heard the gospel but we who have shall believe and if you do not you have no excuse, God already gave you another chance and sent his only begotten Son to die for our sins and yet people still reject the good news. Ngl, i had this thought too, about how not enough people will even hear the name jesus, but hearing it noe, i didnt realize how human centered that thinking was... like its interesting and its nuanced, but im beginning to think that askinf that question to anyone but God is... Idk, its just crazy that i used to be on that side of the discussion and was still a practicing christian. Now im on thebother side of that as a oracticing christian still... Crazy times
