Iโve been smoking grass for about a decade and a half. Iโm in a legal state and more recently took up using a vape pen and cartridges for convenience, and have pinpointed that it was triggering my severe eczema flare up. I knew they werenโt good, but to have such definitive proof was eye opening. Never again!

I was not a smoker but stupidly took up vaping and it is the most addictive thing i have ever done. I did quit for 2 months as I started to get a bumhole mouth from the constant puffing which freaked me out but I picked back up again. I can defo beat it though. I have HAD ENOUGH.

Would transdermal nicotine have the same effect? Iโve never smoked, but love using a nicotine patch on occasion to increase focus (extremely effective!).

Itโs just hard because I have mom that stays out of the sun in peak hours, walks exercises and does house chores, uses only natural products, drinks only water, eats Whole Foods and is happy and loving. Still at 75 her skins looks like sheโs 100.
No way I can live like she does a I do it all but drink coffee and sometimes wine. I take vyvanse for my ADD and have depression. But Iโm stopping all that and my baseline energy is like laying in bed all day. I hope it helps my skinZ
