Please go to Tongaat in KZN. The exact thing was done there and there is absolutely no coverage of it. So many homes and lives destroyed. The municipalities should be liable to repay these families for everything they lost. This is criminal, to not give any warning to people. My friends almost lost their lives in Tongaat. The water reached up to their ceiling. Please investigate.
