I have started drinking my veggies! But instead of smoothies, I’m juicing them and added a knob of ginger and a small knob of turmeric. Then I’ll sprinkle a pinch of black pepper to the yummy drink!

All my life my parents made fresh juice of carrot, orange and beets. It was soo good, now when I visit I make them breakfast with the same juice ❀ if you can afford it buy a juicer, really good thing to have :)
